GeoMantis

GeoMantis (from the Greek words Geo that means earth and Mantis, that means oracle or guesser) is a web application designed for inferring the geographic focus of a document at a country level. It uses crowdsourced knowledge bases and ontologies (e.g., ConceptNet, YAGO) to perform the identifications.
